Ali Suleman Habib 1st Engineering Excellence Awards was launched as the inaugural edition of the Ali Suleman Habib Engineering Excellence Awards, in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers Pakistan (IEP) in remembrance of Ali Suleman Habib’s legacy. It highlighted engineers whose work advances Pakistan’s industry and society.

Recognized awardees included Prof. Dr. Riaz Ahmad Mufti for “Design & Development of Test Rigs and Inspection Machines for the Automotive Industry” project, Dr. Riaz Uddin was acknowledged for the “NED Ventilator” project, and Abdullah Ahmed was highlighted for “CricFlex,” a wearable system for validating bowling action.
